What I'm doing now

(Inspired by Derek Sivers)

facilitation \ workshops

I seem to have hit a rich vein with the network model of meeting that I learned from Johnnie Moore at Creative Facilitation. Recent workshops with the NHS, Mid Suffolk District Council and Community Climate Action all went really well.

I’m preparing for a stakeholder innovation workshop at The University of Suffolk which is a bit meta as it will be used for an assessment of the effectiveness of the methods I use. No pressure then. You can see the paper I co-wrote about facilitating with a network model here.

training \ authentic presence

My favourite training is on Presence for Speaking & Impact and I got to run such a fun session on this recently.

I also love training that embraces the power of play as it fosters a lightness that supports change and growth. Coming up is a Youth Club for Business event for Suffolk Director Magazine and a session at a retreat with The Happy Movement.

I talked about training on a podcast with Colin Tapscott a few weeks back.

performing \ improv galore

My improv community in Woodbridge is having a growth spurt and at the we’ve had a couple of great shows lately. More good things coming up…!

I got to perform with the La Wronge team a few weeks ago and I’m booked in for Flock Festival in Amsterdam in June. I feel so lucky to play with all these lovely humans!

human \ gardening

The garden is springing back to life now so that’s keeping me busy! This year I’ll be growing more salad using the self-watering system I created last year, and I’m germinating tons of Cosmos to bring more colour to the garden. Feels like a metaphor for life!
