The Way of play

A lot of spiritual seeking (including my own) is overserious, and in the end, that gets in the way.

So I love sharing The Way of Play at festivals, retreats, and with open-minded groups. These sessions have been developed in a collaborative approach to help people connect more freely with themselves, each other, the world and life itself.

Drop me a line if you’d like to chat, or see upcoming events on the What’s On page at Here & Now People.

"Thanks for the amazing session at the retreat. It could not have been more perfect!"

The way of play

Spontaneity is often overlooked in the Western world, but it’s central to Taoism and Zen. So what happens when we bring spontaneity onto the spiritual path?

Many people find that it’s transformative. Stored energy is released and lots of laughter ensues. It’s a lighter path towards self-awareness, courage and calm.

It’s easily dismissed as foolishness, but it can take us back to the natural presence and ease we had as children.

Drop me a note if you’d like to chat about a session.
