As a facilitation geek, I’ve dedicated the last fifteen years to helping leaders design meetings and workshops that work.

Making spaces for collective intelligence
I find that when you make space for people to show up as humans — messy, outspoken, kind, silly, creative, resilient — they do. And with that comes huge potential for meaning and change.
I like processes and activities that encourage connection and a deeper level of involvement – because they let the collective intelligence of the group emerge. It’s a kind of trust that people just need the right conditions to thrive.
I find that awakening our playful spirit is vital in creative group work.
When we’re committed to being right and defend our positions, nothing much changes. But when we are open to curiosity and play – we can experiment, learn, create, adapt and move in the direction that we want.
