Leadership development
Tick-box workshops with endless slides, and calls to ‘be innovative’ or ‘be bold’ rarely change anything.
We learn best in connection with others and where we are challenged in ways that are active, embodied, playful, experiential — and enjoyable.
Much of my work in based on using improvisational theatre applied to leadership development. It’s a curious thing that we overlook this human ability as its all about self-awareness, emotional intelligence and trust.
If you’d like to work with me on engaging leadership development — not the usual slide decks and teaching trances — drop me a line.
"The team couldn't speak highly enough of the time they spent with you."
“A big thank you for the training yesterday – the team returned here energised, enthused, and couldn’t speak highly enough of the time they spent with you.”

Some clients I have worked with...
Over the years I’ve got around. Here are some clients I have worked with.

And what they say...
"Bring a brick, not a cathedral - Let's build together."
Learning by doing. No boring waffle.
Discover the potential in yourself and others.
Information ≠ transformation.
Being rushed through formulaic training content might tick a box, but the learning doesn’t stick. So why bother?
I find people get more from experiential learning where we push back the tables and connect with each other.
So I look training as a form of inquiry – a shared conversation or experiment – where people can connect, explore, play, create, share, reflect, rest, laugh and learn. Then the learning sticks!
Facilitation training
Want to upskill your team? I also offer training in facilitation as a practice, a process, and a performance.
