Most teams don’t lack talent, data or ambition — they lack connection.
That’s where I come in. I help teams cut through old patterns, have honest conversations, tap into unused capabilities, build collaboration skills, and rediscover the kind of connection that makes teamwork fun.
I build custom learning journeys for teams, typically lasting six months to a year, and I also run team connection events online and in-person.

A rehearsal room for life
We need spaces where we can connect, learn, create, play, explore, practice, relax, experiment, and grow together.
I think of learning journeys with teams as a rehearsal room where we close the door, work on the foundations of success, and prepare for what’s ahead.
I’ve been coaching teams and facilitating groups for 15 years (after a career in communications management) and I also bring a curious attitude, asking: what will take this team go from good to great?
Some of my favourite exercises are adapted from the world of improvisational theatre and applied to leadership, communication and learning agility. No surprise, as I run an improv school!
Improvisational games are some of the most powerful tools I’ve worked with because they help people play – paying close attention, co-operating, experimenting, taking risks, and letting go of getting it “right” – and in that space things can shift and change.

Team connection events

60 minutes
In 60 minutes we can connect and revitalise people at a lunch & learn session, or help people unwind and enjoy each other’s company after work. Either way we’ll have a fun and laughter-filled time together, and your group will learn about calm and confident connection in memorable ways.

90 minutes
In 90 minutes we can get people connecting and collaborating in ways that build deeper trust and confidence. We’ll explore what happens when we block each other’s insights, ideas and feelings – snd what happens when give each other our full attention and generous support. This is an ideal session for an away day, annual gathering or conference.

Half day
With more time we can open up the space to build skills for leadership and creative collaboration. We can also go deeper into what is needed to take connection and performance to another level, and land the learning back in the everyday world. Half a day is ideal for a team away day for any team that wants to reset, or find a higher gear.

Full day
A full day lets us dive even deeper and I’ll create a bespoke learning journey for your team or group. We’ll have plenty of fun together, and as seasoned facilitator (salt, pepper, dash of chilli) I’ll make space for the conversations that matter. A full day is suitable for away days, retreats, off sites, development programmes, CPD and wider change initiatives.
